Terms of Service

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Service govern the legal relationship between BY Sirius Group Ai & Technology Co Ltd. ("Siriplan", "we") and the individuals and businesses using the platform (the "User"). By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Service Description

Siriplan is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform offering business management tools such as appointment management, customer tracking, staff management, a campaign module, and revenue reporting. Platform access is provided within the scope of the selected subscription plan.

3. User Obligations

• You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals access the platform.
• You must keep your account information confidential.
• The platform may not be used for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes.
• You may only process customer data for the purpose of providing the service.
• Compliance with KVKK and other applicable regulations is the user's responsibility.

4. Pricing and Subscription

Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually depending on the selected plan. An 18% discount applies to the annual plan. Billing begins at the end of the trial period; you can cancel at any time. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. 5. Service Interruptions and Limitation of Liability

The platform operates with a 99.9% uptime target; however, brief interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons. BY Sirius Group Ai & Technology Co Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the subscription fee you paid in the relevant month.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the platform, its source code, database structures, designs, and workflows belong to BY Sirius Group Ai & Technology Co Ltd. The platform was developed utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) model assistants; all resulting codebases, configurations, and creative structures are protected under Turkish Intellectual Property Law (FSEK) and the Berne Convention. Any unauthorized copying, decompiling, reverse engineering, cloning, or mimicking of the codebase or UI is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution. Users retain the rights to the content and data they upload to the platform.

7. Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice in the event of a violation of these terms of use. You have the right to export your data before account closure.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Turkish Law. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
