Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no commitment or penalty. Even after cancelling, you keep access to and can download your data for 30 days.
How much do I save with the annual plan?

How do customers book appointments?

They can book 24/7 via the website, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and QR code. Conflict checking is automatic.
How does the WhatsApp reminder work?

A WhatsApp message is sent to the customer at set times before the appointment (e.g. 24 hours, 2 hours before). It reduces your no-show rate by up to 60%.
What does the customer score system do?

Every customer is assigned a score from 0-100 based on visit frequency, spending, and loyalty. You can recognize your valuable customers and offer them priority booking and special deals.
Is there a waiting list?

Yes, the waiting list feature is available. Add customers to the queue when slots are full, notify them with one click, and convert them to appointments.

What does the AI assistant do?

Can the AI assistant give wrong information?

The AI assistant only answers based on the services, prices, and availability you've defined. It routes questions beyond that to "Please contact us directly."
How does the campaign module work?
